Our food philosophy
We love Puglia, with its long coastline and crystal clear sea, white fortified Masserie, trulli and its most authentic food.
We want to lead you, through our menu to explore this beautiful corner of Italy. Here at Haga Bottega, we have created a path dedicated to Apulian cuisine in which you will find the perfect synthesis of culture and taste, seasonality and the search for the best produce.
We were inspired by Nonna’s homemade cuisine, with its polpette and focaccia, but with a gourmet point of view, describing the evolution of Italian regional cuisine over time. Each dish tells a story, that of a poor cuisine becomes rich with the use of excellent ingredients.

In the evenings, you can choose between our enticing Italian menu or some of our evening dishes during the weekend. For larger parties, we have a set menu. Every week, we also offer a flavorful lunch menu.
